Recipe:

-Chicken Breast

-Whole Wheat Tortilla

-Lettuce

-Blue Cheese Crumbles

-Low-Fat Ranch

-Hot Sauce
Directions:

1.) Cook Chicken til there is no pink

2.) Add in hot sauce

3.) Take Chicken out of pan

4.) Put tortilla on pan to warm it up

5.) FLIP! Til tortilla is slightly brown

6.) Assemble your Wrap!
