Check out this healthy, inexpensive meal made in less than 30 minutes!! Lunch time! ☺️ 
Tomato & Feta Salad in Pita

Ingredients:
-1 cup of torn lettuce

-2 slices of tomato

-4 slices of cucumber

-1 oz of cheese of your choice, I chose blue cheese, you can do feta

-1 whole wheat pita

-1 tbsp of balsamic dressing 

-1 cup of cooked pork slices

Preparation:
-In an bowl, mix together lettuce, cheese, and dressing. Toss well. Slice top of pita and open. Fill pita with lettuce mixture, add tomato, pork slices, and cucumber slices. Enjoy!!

Low-Calorie Beef & Peas

Low-Calorie Beef and Peas
Ingredients:

-2 tsp of vegetable oil

-1/2 cups trimmed sugar snap peas

-1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

-1 clove garlic, minced

-3 oz lean beef, sliced

-1/8 cup Chicken broth

-1/2 tbsp chives, minced

-1/2 tsp low sodium soy sauce

-salt and pepper to taste 

-1 cup whole wheat noodles (recommended Soba noodles)

-1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Preparation: 

Cook noodles according to directions. Heat oil in large skillet. Add sugar snap peas, grated ginger and garlic, fry for 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, chives, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Summer for 1-2 minutes. 
Drain noodles, divide in 1/2 and place in two bowls. Spoon 1/2 of beef mixture over each bowl and sprinkle with cilantro. Bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 2 minutes before serving with asparagus and lemon wedges.

Beef Taco Salad

Don’t know what to make for lunch?This took me 10 minutes to make and $15 for all the ingredients. Best of all really healthy for you. ☺️ 

Ingredients:

-Beef round steak

-Multigrain Tortilla Chips

-1 small tomato

-Cheese of your choosing 

-2 cups of American lettuce 

-Salsa

Directions:
1.) Spray pan with cooking spray

2.) Cut beef into cube pieces 

3.) Assemble your salad in a large bowl

4.) Cook beef to your liking 

5.) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F and bake tortilla chips for about 10 minutes or until golden.

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe

Homemade Healthy Grilled Chicken Wrap πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ³
Recipe:

-Chicken Breast

-Whole Wheat Tortilla

-Lettuce

-Blue Cheese Crumbles

-Low-Fat Ranch

-Hot Sauce
Directions:

1.) Cook Chicken til there is no pink

2.) Add in hot sauce

3.) Take Chicken out of pan

4.) Put tortilla on pan to warm it up

5.) FLIP! Til tortilla is slightly brown

6.) Assemble your Wrap!
